If you do not yet have a design, we can connect you with trusted architects and designers from our network to help develop plans.

Design & Budget Alignment

Budgeting is a key step in any custom home or whole home remodel. We work alongside your designer or architect to ensure the plans align with your budget and project scope. This process may involve a few revisions, but our goal is to create a clear path forward. Once the permit-ready plans and final budget are aligned, we move into a detailed contract and schedule your project.

Construction & Completion

Once construction begins, our team manages the process with clear communication, organization, and attention to craftsmanship. As the project progresses, we help finalize selections like finishes, fixtures, and flooring while keeping your style and budget in mind. At completion, we walk through the home together to provide a standard warranty.
